The most recommended rental agencies in Ibiza
We have prepared some valuable tips to save money when renting a car, and you will be able to take full advantage of your next rental experience!
Be careful about crossing borders If you think you might be able to cross a border, check with your landlord. Your lease may not cover you.

As you know, your spending limit is limited, especially if you have a basic VISA or Mastercard. Also, remember to call your bank to increase your limit. In effect: you will be charged your rental fee, which may already be essential. the owner will also charge a deposit. don't forget your daily expenses on site. in the end, this can do a lot.

Event suggestions for 2018:

After returning the vehicle, check the following charges. After the vehicle is returned, operators may hold the deposit or charge you for subsequent charges for several weeks. The most common subsequent charges relate to violations, tolls, parking fines, administration fees, special cleaning or vehicle defects. The drawback is that sometimes owners charge you for certain fees without sending you proof reports proving your liability.

Beware of crossing borders If you think you might be able to cross a border, check with your landlord. Your lease may not cover you.

Keep receipts. When the vehicle is delivered to the landlord, do not immediately discard the receipts. Keep them for a few months in case of flies. Accounting errors happen!

Inspect the car.  Take your time to check the condition of the car.  If in doubt, take pictures, that's what I often do, it's probably the biggest trap to avoid when renting a car , as well as on the way back, check the situation with the rental company, even if you're in a hurry.

Our company offers a wide range of updates.  Even before you book a spacious vehicle, check our upgrade offers and take advantage of them. The advantage of a smaller vehicle would be fuel savings.

Additional equipment means an additional cost. Why pay for a GPS if your smartphone offers the same features? And buying a booster seat is often cheaper than the daily rental rate.

Resist the pressure. Rental agency employees earn commissions when they pick up the vehicle. These commissions can be: for supplements, insurance or for the rental of a higher model than the one chosen. Therefore, they will probably spend fifteen minutes convincing you of the advantages of these ancillary services.

Some customers who rent cars for driving abroad prefer to reserve a model with automatic transmission as a precaution. However, it is essential to point out that vehicles with manual transmission are much cheaper in Europe than those with automatic transmission.

About gasoline First of all, make no mistake about filling up your tank! Yes, it's a stupid mistake, but it's been seen. Make sure you leave knowing what fuel to use, and remember to return the vehicle with a full tank if required by your contract. Otherwise, you will have to pay a surcharge... You can also choose to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. It is the owner who will then do so. This will save you the trouble of looking for a gas station at the last minute. If you return the vehicle in a big city, it can be a bit difficult to find one easily, but it does have a cost. , , , , , , , , , , , ,
